THE MARRIAGE HOPE SCORE™

How Healthy Is Your Marriage Right Now?
Your Score Isn’t Your Sentence. It’s Your Starting Point.™

Every marriage has a story. Some marriages are thriving. Some are surviving. And some couples love each other deeply but have become stuck in patterns of hurt, distance, mistrust, disappointment, or conflict.

The Marriage HOPE Score™ is a brief relationship checkup designed to help you slow down and honestly consider the current condition of your marriage.

H

Heart & Connection

How emotionally connected, valued, safe, and understood do you feel?

O

Openness & Communication

How well are you communicating, listening, resolving conflict, and repairing hurt?

P

Partnership & Trust

Can you depend on one another? Is there honesty, consistency, teamwork, and trust?

E

Endurance, Faith & Future

Is there forgiveness, commitment, spiritual connection, and hope for your future together?

This isn’t about determining who is right or wrong.
It’s about answering a more important question: Where are we now—and what needs our attention next?

Before You Begin

Each spouse should complete the Marriage HOPE Score™ individually and honestly. Do not discuss your answers while taking the assessment. Answer according to what your marriage has actually been like recently, not what you hope it will become or what you believe your spouse expects you to say.
